Endpapers browned. Inscription in ink to free front endpaper. Text block browned. Cigarette odour present. Price-cut pictorial dustwrapper has some tape repair to verso, is scuffed and edge-rubbed.

Contents otherwise generally clean. Dustwrapper is edge worn with tears and creases and small areas of loss. Small area ( approx 1.5" x 1.25") by on front panel coloured with blue felt tip. Some clear tape to verso covering some tears. Pale pink marks possibly from red cloth spine.
